Owner: Felicia Walker-The Full Story

My name is Felicia. I grew up in a small rural town called Bamberg, South Carolina. I played basketball, and my dedication to the sport afforded me a full athletic scholarship that allowed my to complete an undergraduate degree in education. I continued in education, as a teacher, and later in life acquired my master's degree and then my doctoral degree. After teaching, I became a middle and high school administrator and also a district office recruiter and teacher evaluator. During my time as a teacher and administrator over 20 years ago, I became intrigued with and developed a profound love of real estate. I bought houses, rented houses, flipped houses, and sold houses as a realtor. Now as I'm close to retiring from education, I am getting back into my main love of being a real estate investor. I am a small but mighty real estate investor.
